Product Review Email script fix

The script sending product review emails needs to be set to send X days after a status such as 'shipped' is set, not the current method of an order more than X days old AND a certain status. The current settings do not work well for custom products that may not ship immediately, may ship in a variable amount of time after order placement, or products that have shipped after being back ordered. Would work much better for ALL store types if the script selected orders X days after Y status set. This way product review emails will be sent with in a certain time of shipment actually taking place rather than based on when the order was placed.
