Have shipping insurance as an "Opt Out" as well as Opt In or mandatory at checkout.

Currently shipping insurance at checkout is "opt in" (where buyer checks a box to get optional insurance) or it can be mandatory. It would also be good where insurance is presented as a default and the buyer can check a box to opt out/decline the insurance.
