Update Quotes date when converting to order

When Quotes turn into Orders the order date is the quote creation date. For example, if the order is placed for a 30-day old quote the date should be updated to the date when it's converted to an order. This causes major issues with our billing system putting some 30-day accounts late the day the order was placed.
