Shipping on e-products when weight is assigned

Currently, if we add an e-product to a physical product the system overrides the shipping weight for the physical product and the customer ends up not getting correctly calculated shipping. If a product has weight and is NOT marked free shipping; we should be able to add e-products (drivers, PDFs, etc) and still get shipping charges calculated at checkout.
