SEO changes for Database pages like terms and conditons

In addition to earlier request to change underscore to dash for better SEO url formation for data driven pages such as Terms and Conditions and FAQ, All of the data base created sub pages for FAQ or Terms have the same Meta tag. Need to be able to supply a meta tag for each created subpage, or auto build one from the content of the data so each meta tag is different.
