By grouping Monday-Friday together in one group, you prevent people from being closed on say Monday and open late on Thursday. Please consider having all days available to choose hours of operation. By the way it is now, I will have old ladies mad at me for not being available for monday pick up, because this module says I am. (people really dont read)
