Amount Paid and Balance are important information for the customer that is missing from invoice and email templates

We view including this information as mission critical. If a customer asks for a copy of an invoice it never shows payment information, which is a big no-no when a customer has already paid. Causes confusion and mistrust. We also like to include an invoice showing receipt information in the shipment. We have to hand stamp each invoice "PAID" and hand write in date and payment amount.
