Would be nice to either move the save button in a CRM reply as now you have one at the top right that doesn't save the response and one below the fold that does. I can't tell you how many times i have typed up a long thought-out response just to have it erased due to hitting the button in the top right when the correct one is below the fold out of sight.

Even adding a prompt if you hit the top right button would save I'm sure a lot of anger asking if you really want to navigate away from the page, as any unsaved work will be lost.
