Be able to choose specific customers to be notified on waiting list

If there are dozens of customers on a waiting list and only a few of the wanted item becomes available it would be nice to notify just a few of the customers at a time. This would prevent frustration for a customer when they receive a notice that something is out of stock only to click the link and find it has already sold out. Allowing us to check specific names and then say "Notify Now" would help a lot with this

This would be huge for small family businesses when you have a hundred people on a waitlist and you only make 20 at a time, OMG!
