Bug Fixes:

1. Phone Orders- Resolved an issue where incorrect text was appearing during checkout when using a mobile device.
2. Phone Orders- Resolved an issue where merchants were unable to create a customer when checking out.
3. Shipping- Resolved an issue where UPS SurePost quotes were not being returned.
4. Shipping- Resolved an issue with UPS providing incorrect shipping rates.
5. Checkout- Resolved an issue where order totals weren't matching when making any edits to the cart.
6. Apps- Resolved an issue where orders from Stonedge came in with the incorrect order status.
7. Gift Certificates- Resolved an issue where canceling multiple gift certificates resulted in an error.
8. Tax- Resolved an issue where taxes were not being calculated on orders from Washington.
