Klaviyo Integration Upgrade
Dear Klaviyo customer,
To improve the security and stability of our integration with Shift4Shop, Klaviyo has released a new Shift4Shop app. We will be retiring the old app on July 1st, 2025. At that time, any integration using the old app will no longer work.
To update to the new app, you simply need to re-authenticate your Shift4Shop app in Klaviyo:From your Shift4Shop integration settings page, click Manage integration and select Re-Authenticate. Follow the steps on screen to add a new app in Shift4Shop. Following this, your integration will begin using the new app. No further action is required. You may wish to remove the deprecated Klaviyo app from your connected apps in Shift4Shop. To do so, remove the “Klaviyo (Deprecated)” app from the Shift4Shop REST API Apps page.
