Dear valued merchants,
We wanted to inform you about upcoming changes to your Shift4Shop store’s Square integration.
On June 20th, 2023, Shift4Shop’s integration with Square will be sunsetting. This will deactivate any Square or Square POS integration you may currently use in your Shift4Shop store.
To avoid any interruption of payment service, you can switch to either Shift4 or PayPal for payment processing (instructions below). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we are confident these payment options will make for an easy transition.
Make the Switch to Shift4 or PayPal Payment Processing Before June 20, 2023
To switch to either Shift4 or PayPal for payment processing, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Shift4Shop Online Store Manager
- Navigate to Settings
- Select Payment
- Choose either Shift4 or PayPal as your payment processor
- Complete any required applications
