FraudWatch Fraud Screening Rules Now Free
Shift4Shop merchants have loved our FraudWatch app for years due to its detailed screening rules. Now, we’ve overhauled the module to work side-by-side with Kount so you can use FraudWatch’s screening rules in conjunction with Kount’s system. The Fraud Score function of FraudWatch has been removed to repurpose the module to use Kount’s Fraud Score instead. This also means we’re able to offer FraudWatch free of charge from now on!
Existing FraudWatch customers with paid accounts will continue to keep their current subscription and level of service — to switch to the free version, please click on the Services tab found in your store's My Billing section to cancel your FraudWatch subscription. You can then activate the free version of the app, but be aware you will not be able to return to the paid version.
